Thanks for being a part of KLC fotos!!

To get started:

You will receive the following emails:

Email from KLC fotos via zenfolio to set your password for zenfolio

Email from KLC fotos with an airtable summary of the information

Contributor Agreements via HelloSign

Request for W9 (W-8 BEN for international contributors)

Invite from Bill.com to set up epayment

Next, start adding/updating your photographer page

In the email with airtable summary, you will find the link to edit your Photographer Page. If you forget this link you can find your fold in the A-Z Archive

Your photographer page serves as a landing page for your work on KLC fotos. Each comes auto-populated with the information you submitted. You are welcome to update this information at any time.

If you have been onboarded as part of an assignment, appropriate groups and galleries will already be added. Otherwise, you can start adding groups and galleries of any images you would like to make available on KLC fotos.

Once you have completed all the forms you can start being considered for assignment coverage through KLC fotos and your galleries can start offering priced downloads and prints.
