In order to respect the time of our contributors, cancellations must be received with at least 14 days notice.
Less than 14 days: 25% of agreed upon fee
Less than 48 hours: 50% of agreed upon fee
Less than 24 hours: 100% of agreed upon fee
Please keep in mind, contributors work for multiple clients and have other commitments. They are turning down other potential opportunities in order to reserve a date and time for your event. Last minute cancellations mean they are unlikely to be able to pick up other work.
