Our prices listed are guidelines for a typical assignment request. Depending on the time photographing, editing, and intended use of the images, coverage may be more or less than we have listed here. We will try to work within the budget of any organization or individual but do expect our photographers to be treated according to industry standards.
Sports
KLC fotos offers robust sports coverage from high school to pro level. Whether covering editorially to tell the story of game and document history or covering for a team to help with the team's branding and marketing, we cover sports with the same passion as the athletes and fans.
Sports Editorial/Communication: $300/game
Sports Marketing Action: $400/game or $1,000/day
Sports Marketing Portrait: $1,500/session

Corporate and Non-Profit
Our corporate and Non-Profit coverage is designed to help you tell the story of your mission.
Event $250/hr
Event coverage may include networking mixers, awards ceremonies, conferences, holiday and retirement parties. Encourage your staff and guests to enjoy the event with non-intrusive photography that allows them to put their phone/camera down and be present without sacrificing the documentation of the day. We can include options for live uploading to dropbox or another platform so your have high quality images for social media promotion.
Headshots $500/hr
A professional headshot is the new business card and so much more! With our world being so visual, it's important for organizations to have headshots that reflect not only the company but the individual. These headshots may be used on company bio pages, the individual's LinkedIn page, or when you need a headshot to accompany a blurb or speaking engagement. Headshots can be taken in natural light or in front of a variety of formal backgrounds or both!
Why do you not offer discounted rates for start-ups and non-profits?
Photographers may choose to accept assignments at rates lower than we have posted here to work within your budget, but that decision is up to the individual photographer. While we support the missions of non-profits and encourage start-ups to grow, we want to make sure our photographers feel respected for the their time.
